I’m Chiara, 1997, born under cancer star sign (if it means anything for you), in the province of Como.
Art and food lover, traveler, and a certified tour leader.
Physically I’m in Como, mentally anywhere.
I graduated in Tourism (BA) and in Communication for cultural heritage (MA), both my thesis were about Lake Como, one of the things that I’m passionate about (probably obsessed).
I worked in the tourist information office in Como, I was a ballet teacher, a receptionist, a children’s entertainer and so many other lives. Nowaday I’m a tour leader, for gastronomic food tours in Como and Milan and dayly trips.
I have a sister, a cat, a dog and a great desire to explore the world.
There are a lot of things that thrill me: art, trips, readings, kitty cats, dance, good food and good wine, nature and funny videos of animals on tik tok.
I’m dreaming of being a tour guide to spread the love I have for my place, his history and culture.
I dream about completing my scrap map and visiting all the places around the world too.
This place was born to escape my comfort zone and spread everything I learned during my job at the touristic office to better and fully visit Lake Como. At the same time as a travel journal, just telling my trip (dis)adventures.
Professional tour leader, what does it mean?
It means that I got my tour leader license according Italian law.
I achived the license in Emilia Romagna, but it is accepted all over Italy.
